How do I prevent email newsletters from going into spam?

We get this question all the time and there is no good concrete answer for this. Our email service runs in Mailjet ( https://www.mailjet.com), who has a strong reputation for email delivery.
Emails going into spam are a combination of multiple factors: 
  • The reliability of the email service provider
  • The subject line of the email (try this service for testing subject lines: http://www.subjectline.com)
  • The content inside the body
Spam filters score based on those factors, including how email servers are configured.

The first thing w suggest is changing the subject line of your confirmation message as well as the contents of the confirmation message itself. Try different text and test things to see how that impacts the sending.

Additionally, make sure you've entered an email address and postal address in your newsletter Send Settings.
