How email quota works
Email quota is based on total number of emails sent. For example, if you have 50,000 newsletter subscribers, post daily on your blog, and the frequency is set to send out daily, it's quite easy to go over your email quota if you don't replenish your balance.
Once your quota reaches
zero,
we don't cut off your newsletter right away. Instead, we continue to send the current batch so that your readers still receive an email, but at the end of that batch, your quota will show a negative balance and you will need to purchase more email in order to resume the sending.
Before your email balance is depleted, we notify you in advance by sending you an email so you have some time to update your quota. You can also monitor what emails are being delivered by going to
Newsletter > Delivery logs.
