Importing vs creating feeds

What's the difference between importing feeds and creating feeds?

In FeedPress there are 3 ways of getting your feed set up. This article deals with the first 2 methods:

Importing feeds

For those that have an existing CMS, such as WordPress, you are already provided with an RSS feed and a means of publishing posts. You can utilize your existing publishing system and still use FeedPress for analytics in addition to hosting if you have a podcast. Bloggers only need use the "Import Feed" method.

Creating feeds

For podcasters that need an RSS feed, publishing system, and media hosting, creating a new feed with FeedPress allows you to tackle all of your podcasting needs. Use this method on your feed dashboard to get started. Click  "Create Feed" to get started.
